4. Plans & Payments

  • Revoking access if needed from your account settings

We do not assume responsibility for how third-party tools manage or store your data.

6. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you upload, import, or create inside your 10x Collab account.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep 10x Collab up and running 24/7, but:

  • We may perform maintenance occasionally (usually with notice)
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that data will always be available
  • We are not liable for any loss of data, sales, or productivity caused by outages, downtime, or platform bugs

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access will continue until the end of your billing cycle
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our policies or terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee specific results, uptime, or earnings

All platform code, features, content, and branding are owned by 10x Collab. You may not copy, duplicate, or exploit our platform for any commercial purpose without permission.

Your own branding, logos, and content within your account remain yours.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you via email or in-app if changes are significant. Continued use of 10x Collab after changes means you accept the new terms.
